You need to spend a couple of minutes at least with his little wal-mart knife to make it even remotely sharp. Also, If the guy learns to try and not get the hair on the good meat then maybe he won't have to wash it down which will make it start to lose it's flavor. I have never honestly needed to break a bucks pelvic bone when i was gutting it. But if you want shitty meat then go ahead. Oh I use a better knife then him.
